    Your Retreat Chef

    Tracey is a freelance in-house retreat chef, healing practitioner, and coordinator of well-being retreats based in Andalusia Spain.

    She provides a diverse menu selection of high vibrational cuisine, specializing in Veggie, Vegan & Raw meals made from scratch.
    Tracey has cheffed for more than 100 yoga & wellbeing retreats in the last 11 years. She is co-author of “Crude Food With Love” recipe book.

    Her culinary creations are not only delicious but also crafted with an intention to nourish both body and soul. Tracey’s approach to food is holistic, viewing each meal as an opportunity to support physical health and emotional well-being.

    In addition to her culinary expertise, Tracey incorporates her skills as a healing practitioner into her retreat menus. She believes in the power of food to heal and rejuvenate, and this philosophy is reflected in every dish she prepares. Guests leave her retreats feeling revitalized and enthused to experiment at home.
